OK, let me get this straight

Your objection is that Biden has too much experience?
Uh, what?

A guy I worked for recently had a great saying. "Hope is not a strategy."

That saying was even before Barack Obama started running on a platform of hope.

Hope is great and all, but you need a strategy for winning too, and hope isn't it.

Biden's a good, safe, strategic choice that indicates Obama is serious about winning the election. I think it's a good choice, even though it's a bit of a yawner.

You'd think it would be taken as a sign that he's looking for advisors with knowledge/experience in areas where his own is lacking. You know, looking for GOOD advisors? Unlike a certain president we all love to hate ...

And then there's the issue of how McCain / the republicans can give Obama such a hard time about lack of experience and then pick governor Palin as running mate. But then, I'm clearly insane, expecting reason/logic from republicans.
